Dry Rose Wine
Blend of New York grown grapes that produces a dry blush wine with spicy, tart character. Delicious with hors d’oeuvres, chicken, seafood and light pasta dishes.
Dry Cayuga
Crafted in the Old World style, this dry white is characteristic of a fine Riesling with limestone minerality, fruit floral scented aromas and palate.
Apple Honeymead
A unique slightly sweet wine combining the essences of both locally grown apples and honey.
